Pregnancy and childbirth are exciting and nerve-wracking experiences requiring proper medical attention to ensure a healthy parent and child. While most people think an OBGYN is the only provider who can care for a parent and baby, it is important to know the services other health professionals like midwives, can provide. The midwife profession has been around for centuries and tends to have a more natural approach to childbirth.
HOW MUCH ARE SERVICES?
~Midwifery Package: 4500$
Includes initial labs
Full labor package to birth in your home.
Also includes birth assistant fee
Charges include up to 6 weeks of postpartum care.

What Can I expect?
An initial visit between 9-11th week of preganancy. All prenatals in office every 4 weeks till 28 weeks.
Afterwards prenatals will follow the same schedule as any provider, every 2 weeks. A home visit around 37 weeks and then 1-2 postpartum visits in your home after baby arrives.

What does the $4,500 not cover?
Not included - ultrasounds. Does not include any necessary prescriptions or outside provider referrals. A birth kit fee will be added on to the end of care, prices based on the current market.
